Dream Experiences - 1/22/10

Ok so here is my first blog. Well here's kind of how things went down in order. After school I chilled out for a little bit. At around 8:30 pm or so I fell asleep and woke up at about 11:30. Thats like a 3-hour nap. So anyway, I stayed up till around 4 in the morning on my computer then decided I wanted to go to bed since I had to get up for school in a few hours. As I was dozing off, I had this quick dream that I was at lunch in school and all of a sudden the school fell on us because the world was ending. Then I sort of jumped in place in bed. Then shortly after that as I was dozing off again, I was surrounded by this bright yellow-ish light speeding toward and around me. Then I was a little freaked out by this and tried to get up but I couldn't. I'm guessing now it was sleep paralysis. No matter how hard I tried to move I couldn't. All I could do was twitch but nothing more. It scared the crap out of me. But as I was seeing this bright yellow light fly passed me I felt this strong VERY intense chill all throughout my body. Immediately after that I jumped into a sitting up position in my bed. I honestly thought I was meeting death when I felt those odd sensations. That's what scared me. My friend, Shahroz, told me he had sleep paralysis too the same morning. Another funny thing to note. We both woke up at 7:15, of course at our own homes. That is all for now ;)
